I found this out when I tried to pull mine for the airbag, it killed the entire dash cluster, and dome light was also tied in with speedometer and such. crazy combo's and double fused, from the factory manual. mine wasn't on a lumina, but possiblity is there. Try turning on the flashers 6 or 7 times If stop lights work and turning on & off don't work sounds like a bad turn signal switch Dark Asylumn
 The one on the passenger side is for the hazard lights on the 1993 Lumina Euro. The other flasher is located on the drivers side underneath the dash. Once you get the panel off on the underside of the driver's side it will be on the right hand side (toward the center but before the shifter), it's cradled in a holster that was a pain for me to get out of. Good luck. Shouldn't take too long to do. if replace the flasher anf get no brake lights then turn signal assy is defective
 Awards

I had to replace one in my moms chevy. hell to take the column plastic off but once in it was pretty simple. little plastic crap that would never wear out if they used 20 cents worth of secondary steel or aluminum.
