He mistyped instead of the word Negen = nine (dutch) he typed the N word. His daughter also plays on the same pc and is not able to play now either, her name is Essie. I have written with them ingame and in xfire and to me they didn't meant it as Rasicme. They really feel terrible over this. This corroborates what a player ingame at the time has said. In this appeal you are now saying they meant to say 'nine' (in dutch) which contradicts the player and your earlier story.
