One of my coil packs started to fail so I replaced it. Since then every now and then my car miss-fires on very low revs (around 1500-1600) when I try to accelerate slightly, for example in a 30 zone. Since then I've had an engine warning light come on twice, both times it has said the same thing. Something to do with the cat and engine miss-fire. I haven't tried yet but I will be putting some cat cleaner into the fuel and give it a wash through. Think it might be something to do with the coil pack? Its far cheaper than taking it to a garage and will allow you to read and reset codes.. Might help with diagnosis
 Awards

Changing cables is an option.
 Awards
