We are vacationing at Hainan Resort. Basking in the Sun, near the hotel pool. Although its missing alot of water. The trip advisor ratings were high for this place, but now we arent sure.. We went to go to the beach yesterday, but some idiot in a cargo ship ran aground and there are now containers everywhere with oil and gas spills. We wanted to try sailing today, but the sailoats were riddled with bullets and some bastard on a attack boat fired at us, so we assumed we shouldnt use those boats. Since the hotel ended up falling down, the hotel employees were nice enough to put us in some private units just North of the hotel. There must be some kind of event going on because people keep congregating around a flag pole and lighting off fireworks. We non-XI guys got stuck at the Gulf of Oman. First some people thought it would be cool to start some fires, and some idiot rolls up in a tank and just blows the hell out of the little market area! THEN, a huge sandstorm blows in and there was so much dust and sand in the air, we had to close down our chicken restaurant. To hide from the sandstorm, we headed over to the hotel. Well, that wasn't a great idea. @@Oneill thought it would be just hilarious to set up clay-mores everywhere. After getting through that mess, hotel management told us we can't stay here because they had no rooms available. So, we went back outside to look for a new spot. The sandstorm was so thick we couldn't see 2 feet ahead of us. We finally managed to get to a construction sight, where we spent the night. Man was that a cold night. The next morning we went outside and had a crane fall right down on us! We had enough of that crap! We finally went down to the beach, pulled out our chairs and umbrellas, and had us a jolly good time. But then out of nowhere, we see this little orange glowing thing out at sea coming toward us and then BAM! We got struck by a TV-missile that came from an attack boat. Man, that was one of the worst vacations I ever went on. The only good parts were: the chicken we made was delicious, and that it was only $3.99!
