Windsor, OntarioThe Lancaster Bomber Memorial was dedicated on July 4, 1965 in memory of the 398 airmen of the Windsor area who gave their lives in World War II.The inscription on the memorial reads:"To our glorious dead of the Royal Canadian Air Force who represented this area in World War II."The names of the dead are on a bronze plaque. I guess one day I could take a ride down to that park and take a few pics. But not today cause it's martini Friday.
