Despite the authorities' success against one ransomware threat, others remain including Cryptowall -

said to have infected 625,000 computers worldwide.

Not being parinode...but I am backing up all my photos to a thumbdrive as I type...my games should be safe in Steam and Origin everything else not to worried about.

If I disabled my back up drives in bio that should protect would that protect them? Really don't want to unplug the power to them...
