It's kind of like the animation breaks your guys arms free but because of that and the charged defibs it just shocks the other guy to death. Happens from side sometimes too but seems to be from front every time. So if ever doing knife only battle and you are a medic just pull the defib and hold the charge, no counter failure worry hah. This is how we used to do the jump/defib and prone/defib combos. The character jumps and defibs at the same time.
