This is the decision of the Sr Admins and I was in violation of their decision in banning the guy, and so I lifted the ban. I personally do not agree with a style of play that violates a weapon and effectively turns it from fully manual to fully automatic, but then I don't think pot should be illegal either, especially when alcohol is, but I digress.
