Inside the building. So block those doors and its game over. I do, however, tell them not to block the doors unless they want them blocked too. It is poor sportsmanship to block the doors and eliminates any fun of the maps. This is true anytime terrain is abused to create an advantage for one team. This is why, when voting existed, people always voted down those one-sided maps. Yea I did that with the mod moving that spawn after this map loaded. Actually I thought the mover setting was still there. Its still only one spawn point however because the mapper for whatever reason chose to do it that way. I will check it out today. So in that instance there is no grounds for a kick based on the fact the person does not want to be defrosted. If on the other hand a player/s wants to be defrosted but a certain player/s are just running past then that is grounds for a kick if it is repeated constantly after a verbal warning. There are very few maps that blocking a door has a impact on how the map plays out. In fact the only one I can think of off the top of my head is mp_arbor.
