Personally, I put a stop to it the other day on the US Server. Yes, it is a clan server first, but people were leaving cause of it. So if people come and leave and we dont populate, then we wouldnt have a server in the first place to call a clan server. Population > Some shitty dogtag and bow BS. Find another server for that. The server was empty and i think 6 people wanted to go look for the tags.... So they hopped on the other server and they just played a couple of rounds to do so. It`s not like the server was taken all day long. At least, not when i was there! The people who came on during the round were told and they understood. Hell, they even started hunting! Had to do the same thing yesterday...the guys went to the US Hardcore server to do it since we had a full 64 on the normal server. I get it if there are no people in the server but my recommendation is find an empty server somewhere with the map you want to look for the tags on and go there, don't hurt our servers by doing it in them!
