Appeal details: I've only been playing on your server for about a week or two but just recently I was banned for suspected wall hack. I have been playing this game for a very long time, since the first COD came out. I'm not some newbie who just started playing. I have never used a hack in my life, there is no need for me to use one.

 

I was playing on the map Blue Italy where I was doing exceptionally well..but certain players couldnt believe that someone can actually do that well and so this hacking business started. That map in particular I know extremely well since I have played it on other servers and know ALL the places you can go and where people like to camp. I use a 5.1 surround sound system so it is not that hard to know the direction a shot came from. I tell the players that call my kills bs and what not EXACTLY how i knew they were there and all they say is bs. They don't believe it whenever a good player, who is accused of hacking, says they don't hack. It happens every time on every server it seems. The map right after Blue Italy I did horrible...went 36-40. Surprisingly I was number one for the round, and then that was when I was banned. Like, if I was wall hacking, on a map like brdo, I wouldn't have died that many times to begin with because I would be able to see everyone and know where they are. But I passed so many people that map and also on Blue Italy.

 

One thing that people on the server like to do a lot is camp. Ok, its not that hard to kill a camper when you are moving lightning fast and they are sitting still..

 

You all made the wrong decision in banning me, I do not hack. If you take demos of me, i can tell you how I knew someone was there, I can tell you how I was able to kill so and so. I don't even think there was any evidence to prove I am. Even though I don't hack, there are people who won't listen to reason.

 

I would like to appeal this decision you have made, whomever the admin was (think it was Landshark) because I don't think you have made the right decision; I do not hack and I do not believe any evidence you have supports me being what you say I am.

I was the Admin that requested he be banned.

 

I want you to understand that there are two reasons I requested the ban be put in place:

 

1. After following him in spectator mode, I noticed him making shots, through objects, that looked very questionable. I warned him politely that our clan doesn't allow cheating and that IF he was running a hack, to turn it off. He did not respond.

 

Then, he typed "All you have on me is a wall hack." (or words to that effect). His overall score was higher than any score I've seen, to include the best players I know (+60 or more) over the next player. While it's not wrong to have great scores, this was VERY unusual and matched what I saw while in Spectator mode.

 

2. I followed him to the next map, where, he began firing a bunch of insults including "This server is full of retards." I POLITELY asked him to just chill out and play, but he continued insulting players who he did not know, and disrupting the game to the point that players began to leave. I warned him a second time but he chose not to stop.

 

As an Admin, one of the rules I follow is "XI does not tolerate disrespect by members or guests, and insists on good sportsmanship." His actions were disruptive, period. Further, he ignored my requests for him to chill out. Had he listened and just enjoyed the game, none of this would have happened.

 

I want you to know that once he was banned, the server continued to run 8-13 players for the next few maps, without anything but normal game cussing and fun. Another words, once he was out, things went back to XI normal.

 

That said there are always second chances. If he can acknowledge that he will abide by our (XI) rules, and not engage in disrespectful behavior, I have no problem with lifting the ban.

I'm truly sorry for the things I said Landshark. I only said those things in frustration because of people accusing me. Sure I did exceptionally good the map before but that is only because I know that map really well. The next map like I said I didn't do that well on. But I will abide with the rules of XI if the ban is lifted. It wont happen again if I am.

 

On a side note, when people talk over the mic in game it is difficult for me to hear which is one reason why I dont reply much when something is said.

I understand. When I saw your server was a n adult server I thought there were no restrictions, but that was my fault for not reading up on the servers rules. I really appreciate you giving me a second chance.
