I only see one possible issue which is when you start connecting to the networklayer network from the shawcable network. But that is a single packet out of three that had an issue. 

 

Is the issue you are having constant or erratic? Did you ever connect and play on some of the other servers, such as the MW2?

What duc said...Your trace looks good with the one exception that he noted...Maybe running a program like "Ping Plotter"  would give a better picture of whats going on...

? do you have a firewall up and antivirus if so try to temp disable both see if that improves anything

I had a netgear router that did that same thing on the first hop. got a gamming router d-link 5500 fixed it for me.
