To stop people from hacking and stealing other people shit. so you have to go to your email and approve alot of things before you can trade or buy them now. i think this is a good way to try and stop people for once. Despite it being a pain in the ass it's actually kind of nice. I had to do it on a trade offer in TF2 and it was quick enough that it wasn't too much of a hassle. I use xfire and go into games through there for some reason Steam makes me feel like everything always laggs and I can't get outta game and it makes games into small screen. I know steam lovers, I am the one doing it wrong, still, no Steam for me! hxtr and DEEJAYKEG
 Awards

Steam was/is a pain in the neck due to all the stuff it tries to do in the background when you're trying to install/play a game. I think I have wasted my money. Steam was/is a pain in the neck due to all the stuff it tries to do in the background when you're trying to install/play a game. I think I have wasted my money. I have no idea what you are talking about, what stuff does it try to do or is going on in the background Keggy, mine don't do anything like that, i don't get anything happening when i am playing the game either, i only have to click "install" and let it get on with it and when any patches or updates are needed for any game it is all done automatically saving you the bother of trying to find patches etc on the web, maybe you should try again and see where you went wrong, as for wasting money some XI members were buying this game for £3 last week through a CD key site, i paid £5.99 and if i had to pay 5 times that price it would be still be worth it, it has everything that people moan about BF4 not having ie when you get shot you either can barely move because you are wounded or you die immediately, you can't aim as good if you have been running and are tired, suppression actually works, when suppressed your vision is blurred you can hardly see for dust and bits of stone or brick flying up around your face, when you use scopes it actually looks like you are looking through glass, the guns sound so much better than Battlefield weapons too, as for Steam i would take it any time over that shite Origin. Other than that they are great.
