If he really wanted to notify the police of her illegal parking all he needed was a time-stamped picture every day it happened. Instead he confronted her and made the situation a lot worse than it had to be. I'm getting really fed up with all of the citizen journalists who piss people off just to see their reaction then upload the video to youtube. If somebody is threatening to attack you taking video is warranted, but starting an argument and taking video is completely different. My son was in a wheelchair and we needed those spaces. We NEVER parked in a handicapped spot with our tag unless we had him with us.
