Good luck to you and your dad. Seems strange to me, a liver match is a liver match and being a little weak to sustain the surgery is only a minimal risk compared to body rejection. But if the liver comes available why wouldn't they take that risk on weakness. It's not like livers are a dime a dozen so to speak. We can never figure out health care these days.
