Thanks Eidolon is correct there are no extension packs or anything else that they want you to pay for after you have bought it, unlike many other games around at the moment Insurgency does not rip you off, it is old school where people can still make mods and maps and keep the game fresh. That would upset the balance of the game. The reason you don't have enough points to fill out your kit with all the grenades and guns you can carry is: 1) You are supposed to coordinate with your team on who has the explosives and protect that player. 2) You are supposed to play well in the round to earn more points to upgrade your guns. 3) That would make things too easy and take the struggle out of the game.
