What socket set mobo you running bro? Because There is a pretty cool way to run a ssd and hdd in a raid 0 setup. http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/technologies/intel-rapid-storage-technology-intel-rst.html If you have the right mobo and socket set the proper program may already be on your drivers disc. I have an easy fix. plain, and simple. UNINSTALL. After this,inquire in a copy of Win7 from one of the clan mates. I'm sure somebody has a key and disc. God Bless.

There is no reason to mess with it. And 9/10ths of the time its a massive headache updating the bios. New bios drivers are normally riddled with issues. Let me tell you what you wanna hear. It will not improve your gaming experience,nor any computing experience that an entry class pc user would need.

Is the Bios your using in good shape? If so, then why update? Many times, it's better to stick with what works.
