I currently work in IT for a local IT Service Provider - we provide computers, laptops, VOIP telecoms, servers, cloud storage, domains and of course we offer support for all of our services. We use both a ticket system and a direct dial line into our office allowing us to fix any issues and answer any requests our customers have. Each day is different, you could be changing the time on someone's PC or you could be migrating customers onto new servers; it's always fun

Hi there, My name's Josh and I'm 18 years old, 19 on Boxing Day. I started life as a console gamer when my parents bought me a PS1 at the age of 3; I then moved swiftly on to the PS2 when it came out in 2000. When I entered Year 6, me and all my mates were saving up for an Xbox 360 so that we could play Call of Duty 4; we ended up spending every evening playing border patrol, our made-up little gamemode on Pipeline, rather than doing our homework. As time went on, I started to get extremely interested in PC gaming when in 2010 I started building my own gaming PC. I'd save all the money I got from Christmas and birthdays in order to pay for new components whenever I could and here I am now, with my fantastic PC that has grown up with me. Before that, I finished Sixth Form with A Levels between B and C grades. I'm a mature lad who's certainly up for a laugh, however I'm totally serious whenever it's necessary. I play as a team but also a solo player, winning of course is the core focus. Not to sound big-headed but I would say I'm a good player; you've probably seen me at the top of the scoreboards on the EU BF4 HC Server quite recently and I'm hoping to stay there... and there's the big-headedness... apologies. Battlefield 4 (Since the recent 'fix' patch, this game has been fantastic and finally enjoyable) Call of Duty Ghosts (Mouse input issues due to PC port make this a nightmare) Arma 3 (Variety of different mods; Altis, Arma 3 Life, King of the Hill) APB Reloaded (This game is a nightmare, however it's so addictive and totally unique) War Thunder (Mainly Ground Forces) That's about it really... any questions, let me know.
