I just wanna kill people -
Even if you turn mouse smoothing and acceleration off in Windows 7 or 8, Windows STILL does some mouse acceleration. What this means if you move your mouse 1 inch in any direction slow, the pointer will move a different distance than if you move your mouse 1 inch quickly. This will make it so your pointer moves the same distance regardless of how fast or slow you move your mouse.
