   I got banned for hate speech, insulting botania (mod, not moderator,) and saying curse words out loud in the chat. I didnt understand what hate speech meant and I tought it was meant that "You cant cruse on others etc.", One of donators (who I wont name) said this "owner swears from time to time so i dont think mods care.." I regret doing that and I accept your will to ban me.

   I will not do this again. I just want to play again with other people on the server :D.

   I can only assume for Grefing or raiding? Even though i never came across any player builds that i saw and only Raided NPC Villages, Other than that I have no idea, if someone could tell me the reason That's be great as when it tells me i have been banned.. there is no reason..

   Apparently it says i stole from someone not sure who or when but my friend and i would not steal sense we already had everything we needed and a digital miner. maybe the offense was a natural generated structure someone left items in and we didn't know about but if we did steal then sorry i guess and won't happen again as long as they have some marks or claim that someone owns or built that place sense it hard to tell if someone built inside a naturally generated world structure. PS try adding this to the rules to be more obvious of player structures with a sign or even a claim.

   I dont know why i was banned, i was told it was because i was pvping but we were testing something. kikoku's have major protection bypass and should not be allowed but they are not banned. other than than i have not stole or grifed anyones builds. i was not trying to bypass protections i was just testing items out.

   I will be 100% honest about what was done, and the only thing I could think of. When I first started playing on this server I was living with sparky bear. Through whatever, I decided to move and I ended up duping the drives about a month ago. I only did it few times, none of the items were given away to anyone. No one else had access either. Which I know it should of been 0 times. I am not going to make an excuse. My circumstances or how I felt at the time won't change the outcome of what was done. What I did was wrong and I stopped duping though honestly shortly after I moved. I started to do mods legit like botania, and making everything else I had. I am very sorry. It won't happen again if you give me another chance. I came to really enjoy this community. As well that you added a pvp arena which really made me want to stay. Even a discord voice chat with an real apology can be done as well. Please let me know what is going to happen.

   If you would like to know how it was done I would be happy to show you the process. I would like to continue playing on the server even though I know it probably won't happen. Also reset to 0, so I can prove myself and earn back some trust and talk to the few people I befriended. 

    

   ALl the mekanism machines I had were given to me/duped from the inital. Itzcoded's name should be on some and sparky's on the other. It'z gave me machines, and sparkys was duped. The drives that were in the back by the door would of been part of the initial dupe as well. The mob spawners and rubber farm, botania were all from me actually going out and collecting flowers with digital miner. Its not hard to do. The cursed earth is from drago's spawners in the nether, which says is allowed to be taken and replaced. The growth pulsers that I was making, was going to be a vampire tower. Again part of the initial. The ME system was donated mostly by drago in my beginning time. If you have any questions I can answer anything you ask I think.

   Well i got people to place chunk loaders for me, i saw nothing wrong with this as no rules said not too. i got jailed fair enough to pass the jail time i was gonna play Rs3/LoL while i wait and just link mc+a game, so every action i do in 1 game transfer over to Mc. An admin didn't like this so i tried to argue by saying i wasn't gonna sit staring at Mc for hours being unable to play the game as that makes no sense and boom perma banned?

   By this logic would i be able to do my Uni work whilst i wait or is that "breaking rules" ?

I was banned for grieving an unclaimed base. Flat out it was my fault for grieving it. I’m very sorry for what I did and was just starting to get used to the community. I really want to be unbanned so I can play this server with my friends. On the other hand, I’m not insulting the rules or anything, but it was unclaimed so I assumed that if they were unclaimed you could grief or steal. i already know why i was banned, i was banned for racism. I had put up quite the over excessive amount of heiling hitlers and a racist remark towards black people outside my near and dear friend Wolfy6767. it was not intended as a threat or hate against a folk group of any kind it was only meant as a gag to my friend. I know it is very insensitive and extremely unfunny. I should have thought of the reprocussions and reconsidered doing such an act as displaying a bunch of heiling hitlers. i deeply regret this action as i see now that it backfired on me due to not following the clear rules of the Xtreme idiots 1.7.10 server. i ask you deeply that i could be unbanned and have a second chance playing on the server, and if i get that chance i promise you that i will act more mature and not display racist statues or building that can or will offend any folk group OR build/display anything that breaks against the servers clear rules on racism etc. however for what i have done i do not expect to be unbanned.

Me and Snorin_ass were joking around and he accidentally killed me a couple times we thought id be funny to start beef with each other in chat. Then it got out of hand which I should have expected. I then thought it was funny to say in chat that he killed me in my afk pool because I knew they were illegal and I wanted to see what people would say or if they would even notice. I never actually had an afk pool in the first place. Snorin_ass told everyone he had a screenshot of it which was a complete joke there is no screenshot of an afk pool. I got a little mad when I was jailed and I was being disrespectful to others and I regret it. If I get unbanned I will just keep to myself and my friend group on there and not say anything provoking or disrespectful anymore and make sure to read the rules a little more careful.

I was banned for disrespecting Tristen. I acted rudely towards him, and said some things that I shouldn't have said. I apologize to Tristen, the rest of the staff, and to everyone on the server for being a bad influence on the community.

I'm asking for a temporary 10 day ban, and a 10 day mute thereafter. I want to ensure that I learn from my mistake, and refrain from causing anymore disrespectful encounters with anyone on the server. There was another person in my base that was destroying a lot of my territory. His name started with Ben but im not sure of the rest. I asked him to stop, yet he continued destroying my claim. I had to kill him so that he would stop out of instinct, but I didnt destroy his grave. I asked for an admin to handle it and an admin teleported to me. I asked that Ben would be punished, because of course what he did was against the rules. I obviously got frustrated that he wasnt being punished, and the admin said if I kept arguing that I would be banned. I didnt use any language if I can remember that was really bad. I was then banned for a week and have no idea why I was the one being punished. I learned not to whine to the admins, and im not much of a person to do that, it just frustrated me that I am the one being punished. All im asking for is an appeal. Thank you!

I had put an inappropriate name on my sword AND bow, killed a player with the weapons and it showed up in chat. I take full responsibility for this mistake and will be sure to not make it again.
