The entire plate was Schnitzel, breaded deep fried pork. Fried potatoes.. and yep sauerkraut. hummmm hummmm hummm how can that be gross. lol Germany is where country cooking came from..... thank the gods for that. yep Gorilla and the sauerkraut was great. But today was a relaxation day. Flew into Buffalo and am now in Oakville Ontario Canada. But I did get to stop at Niagra Falls on the Canadian side and get some great pics. My Granma made German food, since she was from there, but I can say it was not her best. It may be that the woman cannot cook, but I did like potato balls.
