World's Best Chili...

Stuff:

1 naked woman

firewood

bear rug

..............................

1 pound lean hamburger and 1 pound of good beef sirloin, cubed into size you like.

splash of cooking oil - EV Olive OK.

2 medium onions, chopped

3 cloves minced garlic

1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes

1 can dark beer

1 cup strong coffee

2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste

1 can beef broth

1/2 cup brown sugar

3 1/2 tablespoons chili sauce

1 tablespoon cumin

1 tablespoon cocoa

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon cayenne

1 teaspoon coriander

1 teaspoon salt

4 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans

4 chili peppers, chopped

Heat oil in a pan and add hamburger and sirloin. Cook until meat is brown - drain excess fat. Now add onions, garlic, tomatoes, beer, coffee, tomato paste and beef broth. Stir, then add all spices, the chili peppers and two cans of the kidney beans. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours covered, and then add the other two cans of kidney beans. Simmer for another 30 minutes.

Serve it up with crispy bread and beer. Enjoy meal. Now, light fire in fireplace and lay down on bear rug with naked woman. Proceed as the little guy dictates.
