Damage_inc- Posted March 1, 2013 Member ID: 2048 Group: ***- Inactive Clan Members Followers: 0 Topic Count: 294 Topics Per Day: 0.06 Content Count: 6689 Content Per Day: 1.38 Reputation: 4709 Achievement Points: 48999 Solved Content: 0 Days Won: 5 Joined: 12/15/10 Status: Offline Last Seen: November 29, 2023 Birthday: 05/30/1967 Device: Windows Share Posted March 1, 2013 (edited) very large pan with a cover .heat on hi...put 5 pieces smoked bacon a half an onion sliced up or a couple tblspns dried onion flakes and one pound your favorite kielbasa smoked sausage in pan add 2 cloves chopped garlic or a tablespoon processed and 1/2 tspn black pepper....take one head cabbage and cut up adding ontop of covered mixture and mixing and shaking pan as you go along after an 30mini take out kielbasa and bacon and cut them up and readd to pan which is covered.add one cup chicken broth..mix- cooking on hi heat all this time.....after 45 min add your 28-32oz can of saurkraut after rinsed over once.mix in and let simmer another hour or till cabbage and kraut blends/ cooks down cooks down mixing every 15-20 minutes..... try draining out bacon fat if ya like b4 you cut and add the cabbage -actualy it tastes much better and does not taste greasy leaving the bacon fat in if you can .try either way.gl and enjoy Edited March 1, 2013 by Damage_inc- Blackbart 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
