My computer shut down to apply the updates and I wasn't able to get it to start back up for a while. Windows wouldn't load and then I got a nice error message. What a mess! They went and updated software including Windows now their laptop won't boot up. Just blue screen of death. Oy vey. Was just there a week ago fixing stuff and told them then, use it but don't do any updates, I'll take care of that cause every time they do... Can't blame them though, they don't know any better.
