Why do two of the people who win more times than not want the gunship and airstrikes removed? I think the airstrikes are nothing but an annoying bunch of noisy spam. When you include the gunship you promote people sitting on their ass trying to get that kill streak. It really makes for a boring game. Wow Hoth, I re-read my post and don't recall telling you to shut up, or that your opinion isn't welcome here. I asked a question, you took it as criticism. Your problem, not mine. You frequently make your opinion known during game play and nobody says a thing. I recall just last week seeing you getting killed a few times by a player camping and you called him a "fucking pussy" because you didn't like the way he played. We have a lot of players with different playing styles. Either you get used to it or you don't. Again, your problem, not everybody elses. The annoying spam (what the rest of us call the gunship) stays. Perhaps you should learn to shoot it down the second it appears like the majority of players do. The person I called a pussy is the same person who consistently sits on spawn spots. It wasn't anything about his style or lack of. I know it happens time to time on smaller maps. If your moving around a spawn area is not that big of a deal either. This individual sits there prone constantly. The last time I checked that was supposed to be against server policy. Which if it is a policy it isn't being upheld. If you read it correctly I called the airstrikes spam. (which it is) The gunship comment had nothing to do with shooting it down. (which I know how to do) It was how it promotes people playing like a bunch of vaginas looking for that kill streak. Which in my opinion makes for a pretty boring game. Make your sniper maps one you can reach both sides. I played in one of our 3 on 3 tourneys a couple of years ago with a similar format. What happened was a sniper team would go up by a frag or two and they would just hide behind barriers and sit on the lead. It was really cool to just sit there and wait for the clock to run out.
