I think there are a total of 12 maps. We are running 10 for now. We also are keeping the different game types to tdm dm and I think I have 2 assault maps running. Were doing this so the server  gets populated and we test out the map rotations.

A few recommendations I think are needed:

 

- Voting enabled -- If this is a possibility, I think the ability to vote next map (only next map, nothing more) in order to bypass extra large maps when only a few people are in game...having too large of a map and very few players will cause them to leave.

 

- Mini Map enabled -- For such large maps, you need to be able to see where you are in relation to your teammates

 

- Voice Comm limited to teammates only -- It's hard, especially in assault, to come up with a plan if the other team can hear everything you're saying.

 

- Increase in Spawn delay -- This is very apparent in the industrial map in assault game mode...point A is directly in the one teams' spawn point and it's damn near impossible to capture with the spawns occurring so quickly.

i tried it and the maps look great but no weapon sounds at all plus you need to rotate the game style some dm would be nice i get tired of trying to take something or blow it up it just promotes more camping than i care for

I got weapon sounds I'd delete the mod and download it again. And rith now there's should only be 2 maps that are not dm or tdm out of ten

I think that is a huge flaw then in the maps/mod IMO. One, you don't know where you are in relation to others, and it negatively affects teamwork in team games.

No but it would make the game easier to coordinate team play.

One thing I notice too is that the vehicles are really squirrely to drive...any way to slow them down...they are just about unusable except as stationary gun emplacements. And one last thing...on Assault...the defending team spawns right on the attack points and there is no delay in respawn...just about near impossible to attack that...

Other than that the scenery rocks, the weapons are awesome and I am truly appreciative about the mod!!!! Thanks for all the hard work.!!!

Any chance we can work on my previous suggestions Labob?

 

I understand mini-map and voting might not be part of the mod, but there has to be a way to enable voice comm between teammates only and also increase spawn delay on assault.

Well the mini map is a mod and map feature and in REDLINE it is not there so nothing I can do about that one. I've checked the voice settings and it should be working. Does anybody else have problems with voice ?  Voting there is a voting option in the mod I do not know what it allows for voting. I've asked at MU and when I find out what it does  I'll try it out. The spawns in indutry are in a bad spot I think I'll remove assult from that map for now. I will also see if I can not get the rotation to work on the amount of players in game.
