I grabbed a few shots until I lost it in the shrubs..then I looked again a minute later, and there it was up on the roof of the house across the street. Looks like a female, and it slipped in under the soffit to the attic. I bet it has young'uns up there. We had a problem one year a Raccoon was out during the day and was looking in the patio window and then got onto the deck . we knew something was wrong with it because around here they don't come out during the day unless they are very sick. so we had gone outside because it was then laying down right by the sidewalk and little kids were going bye, think it was also pregnant as well. so it was very dangerous for the kids walking by so we had to keep an eye on it for that and then it kept trying to chase us in the back yard and around the cars so that's when we had to call someone so my dad got a hold on the opp office (not 911) lol and one came to the house for safety reason in case he had to shoot it. but all it would do was chase us around the cop car lol i felt bad for the thing but there was definitely something wrong with it. finally the people from the animal control came to take it away and put it down. i think they said it was rabies or something.
