Bollocks and double bollocks. I suppose I could pay for all the upgrades but fuck that. I'll just have to get used to being shot every 3 seconds by a guy/gal far far away after I deploy. In fact a lot of the best weapons in the game are unlocked extremely early. Take the first 2 carbines for example, the AK5c and ACW-R are amazing.
