It overpowers the other sounds that are going on in game. It resets with everyone round. It wasn't just one map, it occurred on multiple maps. Haven't seen this with any of my other games. It is installed via Steam. I was not sure if this was something normal or if anyone else has had this issue before. Here is a brief video with the noise going. https://youtu.be/hVc-stNY684 Also, my game crashed earlier when maps were switching, and then I wasn't able to get back in for quite some time due to a "qport" error. I've searched these forums and someone mentioned making a script (I assume running locally) that would fix it, but didn't ever see a actual post for it. Try going into "Options &Controls", "Sound", and changing the "Voice Sound" all the way down. This does not affect voice chat in game but gets rid of the 'frozen' crackle. As far as the qport error, working on that but not sure why it is not releasing players for so long. If you have a qport error, for now try looking for an admin on our TeamSpeak server in the Lounge channel. The qport error I think it will go away after 300 seconds. I think thats what the server is set at.
