I might even buy the game after Christmas depending on how it works out. But they left themselves a big 'out'. More likely it will be like in BO where they promised the same kind of thing for months. Eventually they allowed limited modding, compared to cod4 and 5, but no custom maps. Much of that was due to their desire for anti-piracy and anti-cheat controls in addition to the 'gaming experience' thing. Everyone in the modding community saw no point in even bothering without both mapping tools and private servers. Last time I made the mistake of pre-ordering BO without actually seeing any kind of modding package. I wont do that again. Not that I would do it. Spent enough time modding as it is and prefer to move into UE4 or something else and make something I might be able to sell.
