wow technology  i havent seen yet  here.btw do you have single payer insurence there or you pay out of your pocket for healthcare and dental like we have to in usa?we are offered dental here and most of time you get it then it doesnt cover all the procedures if you need any real work done-kinda crappy

The system is very big in the US aswell..... It depends on the type of insurance you have overhere actually. You either have it insured or not. Then you have to pay for it yourself.

One of the good things about this system is that it can make crowns and bridges more affordable (if the dentist doen`t want to drive a big ass car or so that is.... ;-p)

Below I was asked to teach a class for my customer's clients last week on Internet security. It was lots of fun and I really enjoy doing that. Something I am adding to my list of services. I really enjoy teaching.

What do I do? As little as possible!

I've done various things through the years but always tried to work jobs that allowed me to be available to the kids at all times. I started out working for law firms. Since the late 90s, I've done abookkeepin/accounting/taxes/payroll for some companies. I still do that as a 2nd job. In 2013, I was bored so I took a job at a regional credit union. Still can't believe they hired me. I was in a high stress, low paying job for a while. I changed departments last year and couldn't be happier. My title is Internet Services Specialist. I take care of online and mobile banking, test apps and upgrades, take care of member requests/issues/complaints, assist with fraud investigations, make fun of people, send emails to member services reps for not doing their job correctly, BS my way through the day, group text with Idiots and surf the web. I'm as shocked as anyone that my badge continues to work everyday and they even let me sign checks and train people. I really love my job and the demented people that I work with.

I've had a very diverse career history.......started out in fashion merchandising - working in retail such as Saks Fifth Avenue and the like for about 12 years, designing store windows, retail mgmt, putting on fashion shows, etc.  Then I moved over to corporate and spend about 12 years with GM/GMAC in their financing department as a commercial lending administrator and analyst.  My most recent gig has taken me back to my original love in school of all things math and numbers, which is having owned my own tax practice and just finished up my 10th season as a business owner (22 years total tax experience).  I'm very proud to say I've grown my business to include over 600 individual and business clients, and now that I've put in my 78 days straight as of yesterday, I can now PLAY the rest of the 287 that are left until next busy season......HA!  :D

First off with all the changing tax laws, OMG GOOD LUCK with that.... Second I think owing your own business and being successful is very impressive, In today's competitive world to be able make a spot in this world and make money shows hard work and dedication.  So with all that said, When no one is looking do you play dress up with your kitties and penguins????  :)  :P

Great doing something you love for work! But as a dental technician, do you also get some lovely assistents like my dentist does? :D The best thing is, they do all the work for him and I get a nice headrest ^^

Also, seems like most people here aren't actually idiots at all :o

I work at a juvenile detention center.  Basically a jail for young people (boys and girls) aged 10-18 yrs old.  No one is in their for weed or stealing candy bars.  We mostly have repeated car thieves, residential burglaries, armed robbers, sex offenders, murderers, and the occasional goof that can't follow probation rules repeatedly enough to get locked up  over it.  Some stay for a day or two.  Some for a year or more.  Most are decent sized and some have major attitude problems.  Everyday is different though.  Not too bad.  I've been there for 16 years now and I'm a supervisor.  We just make sure they are ok and take them to the gymnasium and class (stuff like that).

Damn I would be kicking his dead body for making you having to splice 2700 pair. WOW I thought 200 pair was bad.
