I saw this young girl park her car in a handicap spot and told her she had parked in a handicap spot...she replied " Whatever"...so I call the local police...they came, they ticketed her (255 dollars), she argued with the police officer and pissed him off...thus losing and having her car towed. Do I feel bad??
