As im looking upwards at graphics cards im seeing the gtx 1070 becoming fairly affordable. Now im shooting to try and keep my amd build, but can someone help me Mobo and cpu wise that womt bottleneck it. Or should i just get the 980 and keep it a "budget build"

AMD FX 8350 with a GTX 1070 will be fine. If you feel the AMD CPU is bottlenecking your GPU you can always overclock. Can't go wrong with the FX 8350. Games are GPU intensive so you want a strong GPU. 1080p gaming will be flawless. The FX 8350 is even Virtual Reality Ready.

An 8350 will bottleneck your GPU. That's for sure.

The 8350 will not bottleneck the GPU. The 8350 just barely bottlenecks the GTX 1080.

The 8350 is running at 4.30GHz in this video

The major bottleneck is on your mobo. It depends on what chipset you have. My mobo has the Z97 chipset. Plenty fast to last me a couple generations of graphic cards. Like it says in the above video. Only consider your chipset as well. Look at the specs for your mobo. All components should be as current with each other as possible considering your budget.
