if your wanting a cheap gaming build why not consider a AMD build?  A FX-6300 AMD cpu is only $99  and it will handle any gaming you might want to play.

the MOBO for them are only getting cheaper as AMD gets ready to release their Zen line.  you can save $40-$50 bucks on a them two items and spend a little more on

a better vid card?

i know intel is better....but if you spend $100 on a cpu, the $100 AMD cpu will be better then a $100 intel cpu IMO.

I had a FX-6300 with a ASUS board and it server me well....its was handed down to my daughter who plays all her games with no troubles.

and Nvidia GTX 1050 ti

Has double the memory and slightly better clock speed.Same price.

PNY memory is OK but I would go with something like G-Skill.Very very easy to RMA if you need to and actually better quality memory.I've had a few bad experiences with PNY memory. For 1 they use oddball chips that may not be compatable with some motherboards.Getting an RMA done through PNY is a pain in the ass.Don't loose your receipt lol.

Another thing to consider is you only need 8gb for any game.I usually only use 5.8-6.4gb max in Win 10 64 Pro even with TS open and a movie buffering in firefox (flash player loves to use memory can easily use 1gb+ for a 2 hour movie) and Guild Wars 2 running (MMO game) GW2 is quite memory hungry to.
