It was netplwiz that I used to stop me having to put password in. Once you have put in the password for netplwiz, it should give you more options like this.... Uncheck the checkbox highlighted. screensaver should have a logon screen on resume option too.... Make sure that one is unchecked too. Sometimes, 3rd party screensavers have their own settings for login screen so check the settings of the screensaver using the settings button just above the highlighted area and see if there is an option in there.If none of this works, go to start menu - settings - accounts.
