I know that is not saying very much but this beer is freaking good. 8.2% alcohol (not sure how to convert that to metric) and after the first beer you get a little buzz. Amazing!!!!!

This is what it is like to live in Europe! I drank a 6 pack last night and I was good to go. Expensive ass shit but I only drank 6 so I am good. Made in Seattle Washington.

Lets see.. drink 6 beers and be done for the night or drink 20 and piss all night.

One tastes fantastic and one tasts like shit.

One has 8.2% alcohol  the other has mostly water.

One has yet to give me heart burn while the other gives me bad heartburn from all the low pH acid water.

One has yet to give me a hang over where the other make me feel like shitt... maybe it has something to do with only drinking 6?

Silly me.. what was I thinking. ;)

If thats 8.2 proof, then it's half (4.1%). But not seing that on the label, I think its a high alcohol content beer.

Also the labels here (Netherlands) read the same, a normal one is 5.0% by volume

That is why I like to drink red wine Get a 12% one glass and you feel great.

I just ran to get a six pack. This has such a mid, dry and fruity taste smells amazing. They have to have put something else in this. Not even finished one beer and I feel great. :)

I usually make Munich Lager with my Weihenstephaner Lager Yeast Culture to about 6.7%.

Knock back 4 of those and the piss trips are less often.

To any German Bier Aficionados I must make a Confession.

I always use German Bittering hops like Hallertuar....

But I must admit... I Use Czech Saaz Hops For Flavor and Finishing  :yes

Don't attempt a Lager unless you can control the temp.  Primary Fermentation is done at 52 Degs F.

Try an Ale, that is fermented at 68 to 70 Degs F.

That would be hard to maintain.

Beer is OK and I drink my fair share but if I'm gonna go to that happy place I rather mix up a pitcher of Margaritas.

Half way thru the pitcher you put the hat you bought in Mexico on and when you finish the pitcher your speaking fluid Spanish . . . . . . .

Temp

There are controls made that will maintain the temp inside a fridge.

So you move the whole fermenter into the fridge, plug it in and set the temp and Bam your done.

The fridge is dark which is the best environment for fermentation...
