But I recall when I was in college my Econs teacher told us that there is a formula that calculates and determines who wins the world cup. Not sure if that just fuels speculation to get people to gamble or if it's true but so far based on the calculation, it's been right for quite a few years in a row. Does anyone know about this? yes this year they reckon Brazil with a 25% chance but luck is not included in this.
