I've been paying for a gym for 7 months now because i have to go down there to cancel the subscription. I finally decided to call the bank and get a new debit card LMAO.

but yeah i only visited the gym once on opening day.

omg that movie is funny.been thinking bought that gym for the past 6 months-4yrs ago got off the couch rapidly lost weight.kept it off for a couple years.motherinlaw passed  and life got me depressed.drank alot gained alot started feeling shitty.stopped drinking now waiting to get myself back to working out-its a huge challenge getting older especially  if everyone in your family has always struggled with extra pounds in the dna pool.in the next couple months ill be sweating alot at the gym.gotta lose 20lbs fast  to feel better

and that gym membership i bought 4 yrs back gets paid every month and good luck cancelling it .thats impossible

when I started to lose weight I mainly cut out all carbs and  processed foods and sweets/and ate mainly vegetables ,fruit ,meat ,brown rice-no white rice.tuffest thing was no pizza -

woke up every morning  did 20 minutes of kettlebell.bought a 35lb weight.watched videos online.tried alot of fancy moves,narrowed the workout down to 3 exercises .the 2 arm swing.the one hand overhead press and the squat.total full body workout including cardio in  20 minutes-kettlebells are amazing

back to working out at home**today/watching my diet and doing 20 monutes in morning

narrowed the workout down to 3 exercises .the 2 arm swing-10.the one hand overhead press switching off each arm 10reps on each and the squat holding weight with both hands at chest .total full body workout including cardio in  20 minutes-kettlebells are amazing ..

beginners start with lower weight kettlebell.whatever will exhaust u after 10 reps.try 20-35lb kettle bell for guys-start with those 3 excercises above do 10 reps of each 3 times and 20 minutes with fly by...after months of doing this you can increase 15 reps to 20 reps as required

also*maybe buy a back support belt also so as to not strain you back .i  always wear one starting out till my back adjusst and core gets stronger
