Hey All, I am hoping you can help me out. I have started experimenting with making slowcooker bbq beef brisket, and while I can get the meat great the sauces I have tried have been lackluster. I am hoping someone in the clan has (or knows of) a good bbq sauce recipe they are willing to share. Can anyone help me out?

Here is the link to the sauce.    Everyone that has had it loved it.   I also altered it for a little different flavor and sudstituted the paprika with smoked paprika and the  Cayenne pepper with chipotle powder    Was really good

Forgot to mention that when I make it up I double the recipe and can some for later use.  Seems that pint jars usually work out to have just the right amount in them for later use.

Just made this tonight and it is great. I think I cooked it too long tho because it started to separate. I forgot to reduce the cook time for the half recipe I was doing to test it out.

Thanks much for this!

Happy you enjoyed it.   I went through a lot of different ones till I found this one.  It does seperate a little as it sits but a quick stir takes care of that.    If you a long slow cooked brisket when you get near the end heat a pot of the sauce up and trim off a little of the bark on the brisket along with just a little bit of fat and drop it in the sauce.  It infuses a bit of those flavors into it.

End up using most of the time.. Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue sauce with added black pepper, cayenne pepper, and this steak salt stuff I have that has other spices in it.  Comes out great for making brisket sandwiches.
