I just checked what I had for shotguns range on the WRM.cfg file (weapons range modifier) and compared it to what it says in my CODWAW book. I did have both shotguns turned up too high. I can have a range from 5-215. Shotguns were set on 50. Trench gun should have been 45 or a little less, and double barrel should be around 25 - 30. So you might see a difference or you might not.
