Turned my pc on last night and I got a bios error. It is beyond fixing. This is the first time I have had this issue. Stupid bios!!!

So now I have to wipe my pc.

Not looking forward to all the installs I have to do.

My dear Angelz, not too hasty lass, you just might have a dual bios if it's a modern board, what is it and whats the problem?

Must have been typing this as you were posting, doesn't look like it's your bios? as it says it's a connection error for gods sake don't wipe it yet, looks like a discord fault, ask Dadda

My hubby told me not to wipe till he looks at it. He said it looks like a software problem.

Yes Rob it is a dual bios. Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming 3

Yes Dessy I use Firefox and always will lol

Readers digest version:

Turn on pc and no beep. Call hubby down. He goes in bios. Takes a few restarts but he gets it to work. He goes in bios again. Restarts and everything goes wrong. He says to my pc ok ok restart so I can fix what I clicked haha I backed up everything as I was gonna do a wipe but he said not too. lol I asked if he was gonna click on shit he shouldn't hahhahahhahahha I have no idea where his look to me came from hahahahhhahahhahhahahha

?? It should only beep if error?  solution ditch husband, marry someone like Sammy, happy days, nice board he must love you? I play on and old amd processor and gtx 650 videocard, no the wonder I'm crap.

Seriously I suspect nothing is wrong with hardware unless it used to beep originally?

When you turn your pc on it should beep once before it hits the desktop. Mine did not do that. It is a software problem according to my hubby. Normally I fix my own pc but this problem has me baffled is why I asked my hubby for help. He is a tekkie and he taught me loads of stuff over the years.

Well peeps I figured it out all by my lil self LOL

I got a pop up box that told me to change the date and time on my pc click refresh and everything would be back to normal. Never happened.

Date and time on pc was 01/01/16 12:15:00AM. LOL Every time I restarted my pc it went back to that time.

So, I uninstalled my firefox and deleted all the files that came with it. I uninstalled my pale moon browser and deleted all files that came with it.

Reset date and time. Turned off pc and waited 10 minutes. It fixed that.

Reinstalled firefox and pale moon and now it all works great again.

NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF A WOMAN !!!!  :harhar:    hahahahhaahhahaha  :animier:

The first thing I did was pop the battery out. Didn't work. Popped it out again. Didn't work again. It made me scratch my head LOL
