The atomic disassembler is destroying conduits from Ender I/O instead of just breaking them. I don't know what changed for it to start doing this, but so far it affects pressurized fluid, ender fluid, ender power, and item conduits. Though the dev seems a little slow, it's best to post issues like this here. But ye, in the meantime just use a Yeta Wrench.
