I need a good dough recipe. that doesn't taste like yeast. if anyone got good recipe plz send...ty. those do look mighty good . I like fine slice rib eye with sautéed red onions .

I just do mine by feel.  Next time I will try to write it sown.  but I am more a thick crust.

Here's a site with MUCH information & his recipe; you can even order cultures for top-quality pizza dough.  It's the bacteria that give the dough flavor & why it's set in the fridge to do it's thing for 2-3 days; only after that is the dough brought to room temperature to allow the yeast to make it rise.  http://www.varasanos.com/pizzarecipe.htm

100% flour

62 % water cold water

2 % salt

1 % instant dry yeast

1 % olive oil  acts as a browning agent when using a home oven

 

Mix water and salt let completely desolve    mix your flour and yeast  in a big bowl    pour your water and salt mix in there and start kneading  10-15 min until you have a smoot and silky dough  

Leave to rest on your counter under a  damp cloth  for a an hour.

 

after a hour put  the  bal in a bowl  and cover it with  plastic wrap and  put in your fridge for 72 hours        after 3 days  take out of fridge 3 hours before baking   make your dough balls and put them on a large cookie sheet  and cover with a kitchen cloth   when they get to room temp you are ready to bake
