Insurgency Ban Appeal

What game did you get banned from?: Insurgency
What server were you banned from?: Servre 3
When did you get banned?: 7/4/2018 ~2:30PM
What was your in-game name?: Crus4de - On Shiternet

Why do you think you were banned?:

Banned for throwing C4 from the attack point and blowing it close to Insurgent spawn on Revolt's B site. Kicked for that and when I rejoined I just asked for a warning as the only thing I saw was "I'm sorry Crus4de" followed by a kick. Continued playing while being told I should be banned, started firing into Security forces B spawn (forced onto other team when I reconnected) and told that was okay, I was sitting on the B defense site at this point.

After winning the round I was kicked through vote, rejoined and still told by others I should be banned. Just responding to those and saying I didn't receive a warning (Which again there wasn't UNLESS the admin typed it out while he was dead) I was banned from the server.

I have a recording of my perspective of everything, the last C4 I threw before I was banned was not on point yes. but the spawns are EXTREMELY close to the point so what am I supposed to do? Let them walk into point and shoot me first. Revolt is one of the worst map designs for spawn locations since it's more vertical than horizontal placement. You can throw a C4 from every point into the defenders spawn. However with that there is also three exits they could have used.

If you know how bad designed the spawns are, then why do you take advantage of it? Its not only the fact you did it really close to B spawn which is always considered spawnkill, but that you did it multiple times even after i told you to stop nicely...I FUCKING ASKED PLEASE 3 TIMES before i kicked anyone. You were ignoring my warnings and defying me when i asked you to stop, you joined back after i kicked you (for a reason) I even let you play, it wasnt only me there was even people on your team agreeing what you were doing isnt allowed. Next time just dont be a smartass, good players dont need to spawncamp, Ive never had to spawnkill to capture B when im attacking, why should you?

Its only a temporary ban however, 15 minutes, and Im being very generous considering your attitued towards me.
