Possibilities some point the future if I move out of the Bay Area depending on whether or not certain things take place. Certainly is a lot cheaper than here for what you get. Maybe nearish Windermere since that sounds like a nice area. Would be a *BIG* move from California. But then again not so big of a move I suppose from Alaska. Here's my 2 cents... I agree with TSW, I would not enjoy living there. I have been to Orlando many times for fun, and even lived/worked there for a little over a month at one point. My main issue there is the traffic, which is horrible at the best of times. And I am not talking about main roads either. I was staying in the northern part of Orlando using secondary roads and side roads to get where I needed to go everyday. AND not during rush hours. I drove all around the perimeter of Orlando. There are just too many people living and vacationing there. Maybe you are used to this from being in CA, or you are a hermit and never leave the house.... But if in the future that is no longer a factor, which is a possibility, then who knows. I am a California coastal native and like it here but its just really expensive. But if/when I do move its not going to be to Bakersfield. I dont like big cities. But being able to get around without driving is one of those things I have to keep in mind that can happen at any time. Which has happened a couple times in the past. Reminds me tho. If I want to fly anywhere to check out locations I have to order a birth certificate from the county.
