The only downfall for prime is if you live in Canada you do not have access to paid channels like hbo. I am asking for feed back on which one everyone think is better? Mainly Netflix is what I watch, I use the Prime for saving on the shipping, never really watched any of the shows they offer there. But neither one has everything. But access is certainly different in Canada especially for Netflix. And being the big money, it would certainly strike deals with studios it doesnt own. While Disney is notorious for being very pricey there is a chance their service could be a pretty good choice.
