I've been using a few of these since their introduction:

https://everymac.com/monitors/apple/studio_cinema/specs/apple_cinema_display_30.html

Apple Cinema Display

After we got one of these at our site I realized I needed an upgrade

https://www.apple.com/pro-display-xdr/

Apple Pro Display XDR

I can't afford that, and it wont work well with my gaming PC so I got this instead:

I'm not sure if you are being serious or not lol. But if you are I am having a hard time wrapping my head around spending almost $4k on a 60hz monitor I would expect minimum 144hz for that kind of money lol.

"Professional display". So if your line of work truly needs those kind of capabilities then its a work investment. That said, Apple has always charged a huge premium for early adopters.

I got this one https://fr.msi.com/Monitor/OPTIX-AG32CQ.html

It's quite a good bargain (4K $ divided by 7/8 lol!) and the screen is awesome! (144 Khz and 1 ms response time)

Great advice, hopefully  that @BUDMAN  jerk is paying attention. He tends to call tech support way too much.

Fyi anyone with a 120/144hz+ screen, use this site to check you actually getting that https://www.testufo.com/  (use chrome or firefox)

Sometimes even if nvidia or whatever is set to 144 windows is not and the monitor is still running at 60. Not sure how it works on a mac.

@Sharpe the way you fix that is in game or in app. There are app specific settings that can limit the refresh. Also turning off v-sync fixes the refresh issue too if you notice it seems slower than what you set the refresh to.
