So for you people that are at home and can't go to the gym or want to lose a few let me post a 30 day workout for you. If you don't like it don't read and don't do it. Any questions let me know

Day 1 - Take 10 second break between each one. 

1. Mountain Climbers - 30 seconds

now being a marine, I understand all these exercises, but for these civilians, I suggest you take picture...better yet, post a video of you demonstrating all these exercises.

At least make it a heavy can of beer then take 2 sips each arm . Then do a set standing and one set sitting. If you end up doing a set on the ground you have done one set to many sets.
