It is way easier and more akin to the mobile version. Anything different with this one? It's easier. Weapon attachments auto attach when you pick them up. Location of shooter on map, unless they're using supressor. I find the graphics being a lot lower quality than the main game means it's easier to see people.... buildings are less cluttered, foliage is more basic, so people stand out more.
