You can't remove VAC bans from your steam account. Are you telling me something I did 5 years ago on a game totally unrelated to insurgency or XI that I don't even get a chance to ever play on your servers? Link to comment

I haven't been active all week Yes it's an auto kick plugin for people with VAC bans. You are not banned from our servers you are prevented from joining. There is no option to whitelist anyone from it, we have been running the plugin for 2/3+ years. It just an extra layer of security from potential hackers. Yes your ban may have been over 4 years ago and you more than likely haven't done anything since that ban but the plugin doesn't allow us to allow you in, or else we will have to let everyone in Sorry about that Link to comment Awards

That was a relatively quick response. That's a bummer. You guys have two of the only populated insurgency servers with good ping. I would happily buy insurgency on another account but because of the pandemic I've been out of a job and been holding on to every penny i can. Maybe one day in the future i'll see you on the server. You do have a VAC record and I am not sure to change name and steam account, we as >XI< are happy with. We take a VAC ban very serious and that is for a reason.
